This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using, and disclosing the personal data of the User. 10. Dispute Resolution
    
    
    1. In disputes arising from relations between the User of the Website and the Website Administration, priority is given to resolving the dispute out of court by submitting a claim.
    2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim informs the claimant in writing about the results of the claim consideration.
    3. In case of failure to settle the dispute out of court, the parties may apply to the court in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
    4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
